People send out to all the subscribers at once,
not differentiating the message
or the content
and just sending it out.
And what I continuously preach
is that we need to differentiate.
Because you have your most loyal
customers who have purchased from you
20 times.
And you have a lead that signed up a week ago.
Would you communicate differently to the most
loyal client you have in regards to another client
that just walked in the door that you just met?
Would you differentiate your communication
for those?
Like in a personal setting?
